Crew Energy Inc. Completes Edson Asset Disposition

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 1, 2010) - 

Crew Energy Inc. (TSX:CR) of Calgary, Alberta ("Crew") has closed its previously announced disposition of oil and gas assets in the Edson area of West Central Alberta for gross proceeds of $126 million, before closing adjustments. Complete details of the disposition and concurrent farmout arrangement with respect to the Cardium rights on the same lands were contained in Crew's press release dated March 10, 2010.
