Mr. Leach was a founding member of Baytex Energy Ltd. beginning in 1993, serving in the Company’s finance department in increasing roles of responsibility culminating as its Vice President, Finance from 1998 to the time of its reorganization in September 2003. At that time, Mr. Leach became Vice President, Finance and CFO of Crew Energy Ltd. Mr. Leach has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian oil and gas and accounting industries, having worked for KPMG, LLP prior to joining Baytex. Mr. Leach has been Chartered Accountant since 1991 and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
